If you induce corner exit wheelspin, you must either change vehicle paths to allow more power application, or reduce power application. Traction is the overriding factor at the exit, for maximum acceleration as early as possible. Everything you do in a corner is to accomplish that goal. Throttle control is one key factor. Dirt tracks allow for more wheelspin. On a dry slick track like this one, excessive wheelspin is slower. But on a tacky track, wheelspin can help accelerate the car.
