Customer Service Representative
Job Code: 6CS

We currently have full-time opening on our customer service team. You will be helping customers find the right product for their car, process their order and make sure it gets shipped to them. In addition to order processing and customer support, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, in-house order fulfillment, assisting with marketing projects, offering trade show support, working with our outside warehouse, processing end-of-day reports and helping with office administration.

Technical automotive knowledge highly valued. We are looking for a detail-oriented representative with customer service experience who is not afraid to tackle new projects and challenges. Knowledge of French, Spanish or German a plus. Great growth potential for a tech-savvy person with an interest in cars. Competitive salary with full benefits.
