The Information Foundry at Robert Bentley, Publishers, seeks well-organized person to help our customers with Software Technical Support of automotive related Electronic Reference Products.

Responsibilities include telephone support for global commercial and retail customer base, problem tracking and resolution, database maintenance. Qualified candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, and will have pleasant phone manners, a positive attitude, patience, and excellent problem solving abilities. Good working knowledge of Windows and Macintosh OS, PC hardware and peripherals, and familiarity with networking systems required. Energy & team approach are highly valued. Previous experience in the automotive field a plus.
