Develop, deploy, and debug new applications. Minimum 3 years programming experience with some or all of: Perl, C/C++, Java, VB required. Knowledge of or experience with text processing/parsing systems and conversion techniques also required. XML knowledge, experience with SGML tools, and experience in QA, testing tools and content management tools desired.
