What’s New in eBahn® Version 3.0 (or later)
In today’s increasingly digitally networked cars, Diagnostic Trouble
Codes (DTCs) are often at the center of repair information. At the same
time, repair information sets have ballooned as cars have become more
technically complex. eBahn® Reader Version 3.x addresses
this with
Vehicle Indentification Number (VIN) specific repair information
filtering capabilities and DTC Xpress™ an interactive DTC interpreter
that points the user to the relevant repair information.
The Online Update feature in eBahn® 3 enables the user to update to the newest version of the Reader and
content pack quickly and easily. And with the Enhanced Search feature capable of searching text in wiring diagrams,
component locations and technical bulletins, information is now at your fingertips.
As modern vehicles and their systems become more and more complex, so does the information required to repair them.
With so many computers, sensors and other electronic components running these machines, the system of wires can be
downright overwhelming. To combat this, eBahn® 3 provides access to detailed wiring diagrams and
component locations to help you get the most out of your vehicles electonic systems.
Staying informed of vehicle updatesand recalls is an important part of maintaining a vehicle. With maintenance issues
and repair procedures constantly being updates by the manufacturer, eBahn® 3 can help keep you in the know
with Technical Bulletins and important new information.
