All content updates are 50% off list price when you return the corresponding old product.

- Please include an order form for the new product when you return the old product.

If you do not have internet access, simply send us your name, address, daytime phone number, credit card information (or personal check), and the title of the product you wish to order. - Update orders must be prepaid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), check or money order (U.S. dollars). Sorry, no CODs. The update cost will be 50% off list price, plus a shipping and handling charge of $6.95 ($9.95 Canada) for standard ground service.
- You should expect to receive your updated repair information product 5 - 7 business days from receipt of your returned product and order form.
